What is Starlight Wholesales return policy? 

If your items are damaged or broken please email us directly. Send us a photo of the damaged item and we will be happy to issue a refund, store credit, or a replacement.

If your item is not damaged, we don't accept returns due to sanitary reasons, we will not accept refunds on any of items that have been opened or used. We also do not accept returns on sale items or while sale is running. Recipient must pay shipping to return items back for full credit. Returns must be requested within 15 days of receiving the product.

Are our products safe?

All of our products are 100% body safe - Fragrance oils.  

How can I track my order?

We currently have a 5-10 business day turnaround time in our facility stated at the top of our home page. That means it is going to take from 3-5 business days to ready your order in our facility before it ships. Once your order is packaged and labelled, you will get a shipping notification email containing the tracking number. This tracking number does take a day or two to update. Shipping usually takes 1-3 business days depending on your chosen shipping option. 

 

How do I cancel my order?

As long as your order has not yet been shipped you can cancel it. E-mail us at info@starlightwholesale.com and we are happy to process your cancellation.

I gladly accept returns and exchanges

Contact me within: 7 days of delivery

Ship items back within: 15 days of delivery

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

 

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
