What is Starlight Wholesale's return policy?
If your items are damaged or broken, please email us directly. Send us a photo of the damaged item and we will be happy to issue a refund, store credit, or a replacement. info@starlightwholesale.com
If your item is not damaged, we don't accept returns due to sanitary reasons, we will not accept refunds on any of the items that have been opened or used. We also do not accept returns on sale items or while the sale is running. The recipient must pay shipping to return items for full credit. Returns must be requested within 15 days of receiving the product.

Are our products safe?
Most of our products are 100% body safe - Fragrance oils. Please read the product description it will tell you if the Fragrance oil is skin safe or not. If you need SDS or IFRA Certificated, please contact us at info@starlightwholesale.com
How can I track my order?
We currently have a 1-5 business day turnaround time. That means it is going to take from 1-3 business days to ship. Once your order is packaged and labeled, you will get a shipping notification email containing the tracking number. This tracking number does take a day or two to update. Shipping usually takes 1-3 business days depending on your chosen shipping option.
How do I cancel my order?
As long as your order has yet to be shipped you can cancel it. Please E-mail us at info@starlightwholesale.com and we will be happy to process your cancellation.
We gladly accept returns and exchanges for everything in our shop except for Fragrance oils. We don't accept returns for Fragrance oils due to (health/hygiene reasons/COVID-19). All oils are Final Sale.
- Please get in touch with us if you have any problems with your order. If order is damaged upon arrival, please take pictures and email them to us at info@starlightwholesale.com we will either send you a replacement or we can issue a refund. If pictures are not provided, we can't replace or issue you a refund.
How can we get a refund?
- Please contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Ship items back within 10 days of contacting us. Tracking numbers need to be provided to us.
- Once the package is received by our shipping department, please give us 1-3 working business days (Monday-Friday) to issue a refund to the original form of payment.
We can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Digital downloads
- Fragrance oils due to (health/hygiene/Covid19) reasons.
- Items on sale are FINAL SALE
Conditions of return
Buyer must pay for returning shipping cost, please pay for insurance for the package. If the package is damaged by the carrier and the package has no insurance, WE CAN NOT ISSUE A REFUND. When we refund you, we will only refund the cost of the goods. Shipping will not be refunded if you received free shipping not a problem you will be refunded whatever amount you paid. If we send you a label to return the item and the item is not returned within 15 days the credit card on file will be charged for the returned items.
